1.Functional Features
- Two Independent Work Tables: When one work table is in cutting operation, the other is for loading/unloading and waiting to be cut. Repeating this cycle minimizes the idle time of the cutting tool.
- Material Pick-and-Place Arm: The pick-and-place arm grabs cut circuit boards and frames, disposes of side scraps into the scrap box, then places PCBs on the conveyor belt for transfer to the next workstation.
- Efficient Dust Removal and Depaneling System: Mainly composed of an anti-static high-speed spindle, anti-static brush, and upper dust suction duct, it effectively prevents dust residue from static electricity, ensuring product and machine cleanliness.
- Multifunctional Automatic Tool Change System: When the cutting tool reaches its preset service life or the tool inspection system detects a need for replacement, the system automatically swaps tools and resumes production quickly.
- Multifunctional Cutting Programming System: This system enables online vision-assisted point-to-point programming or full-image scanning for graphical programming. It also supports offline cutting program editing, reducing downtime and boosting productivity.
- Vacuum Dust Collection System It efficiently captures dust, ensuring product and machine cleanliness. Perfectly suits production in a dust-free workshop (Class 7 cleanroom).
